After a successful carreer as a professional photographer, Jerry was ready for a new challenge. With his professional demeanor, sharp analytical skills, and excellent ability to "connect" with all types of people, Real Estate was the perfect fit! Having been born and raised in the Okanagan and having grown up with agriculture in the family blood was simply a bonus. So, after thorough and in-depth training, Jerry started his real estate career with RE/MAX Kelowna in March, 2003. Since that time, Jerry’s dedication to the Real Estate profession has earned him the prestigious RE/MAX Platinum Award in 2005, 2006, and 2007; an  outstanding  achievement by any measure! In February of 2009, Jerry was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame as a result of his exceptionally high sales volume...  just the kind of REALTOR® you want to have working on your behalf! With an expert knowledge of the local Real Estate market, including all residential categories as well as farms and acreages, Jerry looks forward to many more successful years as a REALTOR®. Gerald Geen

As a resident orchardist, Gerald is one of Kelowna’s most qualified experts in agricultural and  small acreages. Gerald has "retired" from the 24/7 life of a licensed REALTOR®, but Team Geen is quite fortunate to have Gerald as a consulting unlicensed assistant!

Marianne Perreault

Unlicensed Assistant

Team Geen unlicensed assistant, Marianne, produces our property brochures, handles general marketing, and assists with the day to day functions of our very busy office.  As an 18+ year Okanagan resident, Marianne has an excellent knowledge of our various areas and their individual attributes which is very useful when it comes to helping plan our property searches and identifying appropriate properties for use in our Comparable Market Evaluations (CMA's). Although she has lived in the Valley a long time, Marianne still misses the "Flatlands", having been a 10 year Winnipeg area resident prior to the Okanagan move. Before Marianne joined Team Geen in 2007, she already had several years in as an assistant under the RE/MAX umbrella, so she was able to jump right in. A background including retail management, accounting, and running a construction company only adds to Marianne's overall competency in handling many different situations in the real estate industry.  When you call our office, Marianne will be happy to assist you with anything from helping you navigate our website or realtor.ca, setting an appointment to view one of our properties, to getting you connected with Jerry to discuss selling & buying properties or to talk to him about market conditions in general.
